Inventory management was automated with real-time tracking, while a dedicated feature for medication monitoring ensured better control and reduced errors. Supply ordering was moved to a digital platform, streamlining purchases and approvals that were once done manually. A digital approval system was also introduced to speed up coordination and improve oversight between teams.
